Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Trackd account and its data at any time. There are two ways:

In the app (fastest)

Sign in at app.trackdcrm.com (works in any browser — no install needed).
Open Settings (top of the Home screen).
Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

By email

Email support@trackdcrm.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, business profile, and all customers, jobs, invoices, estimates, notes, and photos you created.

What may be kept

Records tied to completed payments (such as invoice and transaction history) may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or legal reasons, and by our payment processor Stripe under their own policies. These are not used for any other purpose.
