Trackd is a job-tracking and payments app for contractors, operated by Great Escape Web Services ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: support@trackdcrm.com.
What we collect
| Account | Your email address and password (passwords are stored by our authentication provider, never by us in plain text). |
| Business profile | Your business name, phone, and email, which appear on the invoices and estimates you send. |
| Customer & job records | Information you enter about your customers and jobs — names, phone numbers, email addresses, job-site addresses, notes, bids, and photos you upload. |
| Billing | Your subscription status. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. |
| Payments you collect | If you connect Stripe to accept payments from your own customers, those transactions are processed by Stripe. |
How we use it
To provide the app: store and display your customers, jobs, invoices, estimates, and photos; send invoices and payment links; process your subscription; and send follow-up reminders you set. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers only to run the app:
- Supabase — database, login, and file storage.
- Stripe — subscription billing and, if you enable it, collecting payments from your customers.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Resend — sending invoice and estimate emails.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (see below) we remove your customers, jobs, estimates, photos, and profile. Financial records associated with payments (such as invoice and transaction records) may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes, and by Stripe under their own policies.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by visiting our account deletion page, or by emailing support@trackdcrm.com. See that page for details of what is removed and what is retained.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by per-account access rules so users can only see their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Trackd is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above when we do.
